What is an operation?

An operation is defined as a single call to the EDI API, regardless of how many transactions are in the payload. In EDI Translator and EDI Studio, an operation is initiated when any button (except for download) is clicked.


How is usage billed?

Usage of the EDI API is billed based on successful request count and the amount of data processed per request. To keep track of your use, a number of reports are available in the developer portal.


Is there a limit on the API request size?

Yes, the maximum request/file upload size is 3 MB.
